The Type 2 to 220V (Schuko) adapter allows you to connect a device with a household electrical (Schuko) plug to a public electric vehicle charging station with a Type 2 socket. It’s a convenient way to use widely available public charging stations, even when you only have a Schuko charging cable.

The adapter supports up to 3.7 kW of charging power (single-phase 230 V, 16 A), making it ideal for slower but versatile charging. Its 0.5 metre long cable is flexible, UV-resistant, waterproof (IP54) and weatherproof, allowing the adapter to be used both outdoors and indoors.

Made of high quality materials – the contacts are made of copper alloy with silver plating and the housing is made of flame retardant thermoplastic (UL94V-0) – the adaptor is durable and safe to use. Operating temperatures from -30 °C to +50 °C allow year-round use in a wide range of environments.

The adapter is CE and TUV certified and its technical features meet industry standards for safety and reliability, including insulation resistance over 1000 MΩ and vibration resistance.
