The Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) provides financial compensation for the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Lithuania. The support is aimed at businesses, institutions and organisations planning to install charging stations.
The LEA reimburses up to 50% of the predetermined cost of the stops and installation. Therefore, if the project is strategically planned, the actual costs may be within the limits of the grant, in which case it is possible to obtain 100% funding at no extra cost.
You have not exhausted all non-essential State aid(de minimis).
You have an ownership/lease/use contract registered at the Registry Centre, which will be valid for at least 5 years after you receive the support.
You have no debts to public authorities (Sodra, VMI).
Submit your company’s annual financial statements on time.
You undertake to maintain the charging equipment for 5 years after receiving the support (exceptions apply).

To get LEA support for charging stations, you need to fill in an application form. You can find it on the ena.lt website or by logging into the application platform.
