The Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) provides financial compensation for the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Lithuania. Currently, as much as 50% of the funding for legal entities is available. from the amount set by the Agency for the installation of charging station infrastructure.

You have an ownership/lease/use contract registered at the Registry Centre, which will be valid for at least 5 years after you receive the support.
You have no debts to public authorities (Sodra, VMI).

You undertake to maintain the charging equipment for 5 years after receiving the support (exceptions apply).
The Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) support includes financial support for the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Lithuania. This support is for:
1. Funding: Provide subsidies or support to companies and municipalities to reduce the costs of installing charging stations.
2. Infrastructure development: encourage public and private investment in charging stations to improve the conditions for the use of electric vehicles.
3. Promoting sustainability: support Lithuania’s goals to reduce carbon emissions and promote a cleaner transport system.
LEA support can cover a wide range of projects, such as the installation of charging stations, upgrades and network expansion. More information on specific funding mechanisms and requirements can be found on the website of the Lithuanian Energy Agency.
To get LEA support for charging stations, you need to fill in an application form. You can find it on the ena.lt website or by logging into the application platform.
